Another journal entry for creative writing. Here it goes:
**~~Cartoons~~** I simply love cartoons! It is cute! Extremely lame at times yet funny. It is incredibly hilarious and entertaining.
Cartoon characters are so amazing. Take SpongeBob as example, he can be flatten under cars, fall from great height, torn into half, burnt into ashes or struck by lightning, yet he will never die! Yes! Not only that, he won't have a tiny scar whatsoever! I wished I had these abilities and be indestructible! Some cartoon characters cries and tears will flood the whole house or the whole town! They can scream so loudly that windows literally break into pieces! They can also laugh so hard that the whole house shook and the roof fell! Isn't it amazing?!
But again, I'm glad it doesn't happen in reality. I wouldn't want to cook some stuff and the whole house catches fire, like in cartoon, its so exaggerating! One tiny thing catches fire, and in seconds, the whole house is on fire! I do not want to melt when I walk under the scorching sun, see people turning into human torch when they are enraged, or see smoke coming out of our ears when eating spicy stuff. The world will be chaotic, not forgetting freaky too.
On the other hand, it would be great to have people with super power saving the day, like the Powerpuff girls (except most of the time they are fighting giant monster which won't happen in real life). Of course, not with those who will misuse their supernatural powers. I hope they can wipe out terrorism or stop natural disaster like the Tsunami. The world will be so peaceful to live in!
I guess I'll have to learn to be content being an ordinary human. * * * * *
