I shall follow what a lot of ppl said,
"This is my blog and i shall say what i want."

Well well....
Just came back home from Orchard...
Suddenly just feel like voicing out some of my thoughts...

Now i realised why many ppl said our service in the hospitality industry is not good.
Today when out with Linda, then we went to look at slippers (i shall not name which shop),
but i shall give a huge hint..
many ppl said that the shop always have yandao..

but the salesperson today is not really a yandao, but he's not bad-looking either..

but i just feel his service like a bit cold and not really friendly... then when Linda paid for her slippers, we went off and i whispered, "Why is he like a bit dao (arrogant)?"
Then linda said, "he's like that."
Then i asked why?
Know why?
When one of our sch mate asked if she can change the slippers if she decided that it doesn't match her clothes.
then he asked, 'change size or design?"
my fren said, "maybe the design."
Know what he replied??
"Do you know by saying this, you'll make the salesperson pist off?"

WHAT THE HELL MAN.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?
FREAKING RUDE!
LUCKY THE PERSON GOT SCOLDED IS NOT ME.
IF NOT, TRUST ME. I SCOLD THE PERSON BACK.
I'm like freaking disgusted when i know about this.
Please. Nobody forced him to be a salesperson.
We in this sales / service line - customers in always right. they are the king.
Okay. a little exaggerated. but you should have this mentality.

This brought me back to my memory, that recently happened.
Those who were with me knows.
I was at this fast food.. (i shall not name the restaurant either)
I said, "student meal please.."
then she said, "okay. show me your student pass and its $3.95."
I smiled and said, "oh okay."
while taking out my wallet, she said loudly to my friends behind, "show your students pass.. must show ar............."
blah blah blah.. and many more...
PLEASE.
I am the customer, i am still standing right in front of you and shouting right behind me, i find that quite rude...
ok, i'm quite fine with it.. since its a small matter.
but she keep repeating and repeating! So irritating!
then i just ignore... maybe she's just like that...

Then i haven't finish ordering, then she kept saying, "$3.95."
WITH HER PALMS OUT, ASKING FOR MONEY!
WHAT THE HELL LA!

Then i started to get really annoyed, so i said, "i haven't finish ordering. i want to change my drinks......"
then she say, "okay $4.**.... (can't hear clearly)"
so i didn't hear clearly, and gave her $4 on the counter table.
then she kinda threw back my two $2 notes on the straw container, smile and said, "$4.25"

PLEASE! I'M FREAKING SUPER PIST THIS TIME!!!
You think just by smiling it would be good service???!??!?!?!?!
YOUR HEAD!

So i was SOOOoooOOOO angry, i said loudly, "DON'T WORRY. I WILL PAY!"
TOOK OUT THE MONEY AND PUT ON THE TABLE. THEN THREW MY WALLET ON THE COUNTER.
Then purposely said very loudly, "wah lao, what kind of service is this. Scared i won't pay izzit?!"

SO WHAT WE ARE STUDENTS?? THAT DOESN'T MEAN WE HAVE NO MONEY RITE?!?!

So we got back to our seats, Li Ping asked me who was i angry with, i stretched out and use my finger to point at her. (i didn't mean to be rude.. but was really really really super angry that time)
If i am really angry with someone.. i can be quite bad... but of cos not to the extent of hurting that person la.. just being as irritating as the person..

I really wanted to complain.. But know what?
The person i wanted to complain is the MANAGER.
Bloody hell... who am i suppose to complain to, since She is the MANAGER!
WHAT THE HELL... HER SUBORDINATES IS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN HER!
GOODNESS! I wonder why is she the manager. Weird.

I really do hope to see better service next time.
Argg... i got nth to say.
Too pist to think of all these.
